LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:
- Total Choice is not responsible for lost or unclaimed packages.
- We recommend using the tracking information provided to locate your package.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES:
- If you enter an incorrect address during checkout and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item to the correct address.
